Editors of scientific journals from various psychological fields talk about the publication process and different publication strategies for PhD students. This offers an interesting insight in the peer-review process and the work of all parties (e.g., editor-in-chief, action/associate editor, reviewer) involved and provides a good opportunity to discuss a broad range of questions related to the publication process (e.g., how to choose the appropriate journal, how to write a cover letter, how to deal with reviewer comments).
